I can throw some stuff in it later tonight to give you an idea of it's volume if you're interested.

The fill line is about an inch below the rim so you lose a little usable depth. A little smaller yet if you use the basket. Slightly smaller at the bottom since the walls taper. Tank size to the rim is 6" deep, 11.75" long and 9.4" wide. I almost bought the 6 liter version on eBay, but after poking around some more and seeing this one I couldn't pass it up. 242458705 It ran me $54 shipped, but it now looks like $63. I just bought this 10 liter one last week. So what size have you found to be the minimum or optimal size for lantern work? If one wants to clean the rest, frame, bails, and whatever you need from a lantern, what size is required to handle this? They are all sized (I think) in liters of liquid they hold.

I cant wrap my head around what size is needed for some colemen lantern cleaning, etc. They come in a wide range of sizes, and of course cost. I've been looking at ultrasonic cleaners.
